Iceland

So, as you know, we spent 4 days in freezing cold Iceland.

This was a great mural on the wall of a church in Iceland. It was the first Christian church in Iceland, so it symbolizes Christianity being brought there.

This was another astonishingly large church in Reykjavic.

The gorgeous waters of the Blue Lagoon. Our first of 5 blue lagoons, so far.

The drowning pool, where they would drown women who were "witches". But only women were killed there-the men were beheaded-because apparently, it was a death, "less harsh". How kind of them to think of the women they were killing (and personally, I think it's worse to be drowned).
